A trip to southern California is barely complete without an adventure into Joshua Tree. This Joshua Tree National Park elopement at sunset with Sarah and Brent was a little chilly, but oh so magical!
Sarah and Brent are an elopement and wedding photography duo in San Diego. They were an absolute delight to work with! They were just as excited as I was to spend the afternoon and evening out in Joshua Tree chasing the sun and admiring the views. It was so nice to connect with them in person, swap tips, and get to know their background and their journey as a couple and as a business team. And, of course, take some truly gorgeous photos of them!
Sarah’s incredible dress is from Grace Loves Lace, an Australian wedding dress company. Each dress is handmade, which is just incredible. This dress is the Verdelle 2.0 design; the sleeves and the lace on this dress are so beautiful!
This beautiful bouquet is from Bohemian Branches, a florist based on the east coast. Savahna creates her bouquets using dried flowers as well as fake floral elements. They look so real that I couldn’t stop staring when the bouquet first arrived. Savahna shipped this bouquet securely across the US for this Joshua Tree National Park elopement, and it was the perfect addition to our desert session!
This wasn’t my first time in Joshua Tree, but it never loses its magic. We wandered to a few different spots in the park to get all the amazing views, rock formations, and to just play among the joshua trees while the sun went down. I definitely *didn’t* stay up until 2am editing this magical Joshua Tree National Park elopement once the day was done (wink, wink).
I can’t wait to be back in California for more elopements and adventure! Reach out to me here to ask about elopement photography.
